Recruitment and retention

Synexus employs a number of recruitment techniques selected on the basis that they are the most relevant and appropriate for the project and the country in which the trial is being conducted.

More traditional methods of working directly with healthcare professionals and patient groups are utilised as well as more innovative and ‘direct-to-consumer’ activities such as advertising, PR and direct marketing.

The carefully defined recruitment and retention process has been developed to ensure maximum exposure to the ‘right’ type of patients and then, going forwards, ensures that those ‘right’ patients are retained for the life of the trial.
